Footloose

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

Out for a stroll, looking for a snack, not thinking about her place in the universe. Just another day in the life of a seagull. Jealous? You bet I am!

"Most gulls don't bother to learn more than the simplest facts of flight
- how to get from shore to food and back again.
For most gulls, it is not flying that matters, but eating."

Richard Bach - Jonathan Livingston Seagull

Not long ago there was some movie cartoon by Disney maybe where the gulls come diving in screaming, "Me, Me, Me!" I thought it was fitting. They are really big scavengers.

I wonder if those seagulls know what a nice beach you have. Probably not, this one's just hoping you'll throw away the rest of that sandwich you're eating.

Isabella, the quote master! Good paralel meaning. Background music is awesome. This seagull seems to be shuffling to the rhythm of this song by To Be Good Tanyas.

I love her straight face and intent pace, she's got business to do and won't let anyone get in her way!

They don't have to learn anything more Isabella. My entire life has no purpose like Jonathan Livingston seagull. I just love living, why should I know why I am living ? What if I come to know why i am living. Its not going to make any difference.

This one seems to be very proud and confident. I am enjoying your pictures and the titles you choose Isabella.
