"There are no seven wonders of the world in the eyes of a child. There are seven million." ~Walt Streightiff

When do we lose the ability to see the world as this 3-year old does, on the beach of the Big Hickory Island?

I love everything about this post...from the Streightiff quote, to the photo itself and to your thought-provoking commentary. When indeed do we lose that ability?

Very nice.

We are taught to stop being children, and then we teach ourselves to be children again. I guess it's necessary to go both ways. But some forget the latter.
