Come along! #4

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
This is the fourth installment in a week-long series, where you can join me on a daily walk through my community. Comfortable shoes - mandatory! Floppy sun hat - optional ;-)

We are at the half-way mark - how are you holding up? Another sip of water, perhaps?

We are in luck, the golfers are finished for the day, so we can use their trail to walk around the lake. Although missing today, this is the usual spot for my favorite bird...and the alligator. Like I said, we must have the luck of the Irish* today ;-)

*Happy St. Patrick Day to all the Irish and those who feel Irish today!

You are lucky, that's for sure. To be able to go for a walk in a place like this... yeah, you're lucky!

On the left of a fountain ( or is it a baby whale? ) on the bank of a lake
is somebody waiting for you, perhaps
your run competition will start
there ?
But I am walking with you with a great pleasure.

This is a beautiful series of walks. Number 2 is my favourite so far. Apologies for not commenting for a couple of days - mad life here at the moment and your walks are doing me good!

What beautiful and glorious weather you have there. I'm so tired of the snow and freezing cold up here that I'm tempted to move down to FL and room in with the aligator and bird in the swamp.

Phew, I'm not used to this heat (and humidity?).

You're funny about being a MI optimist about the last snofall. Maybe the last one to stick? I know, I know . . .

Beautiful series Isabella, don't need any invitation. My entire life is a walk, through wilderness, through garbage and filth, through beauty, through poverty and suffering. Chaos and tranquility is in my head.

These are beautiful walks. But, Isabella, shouldn't we stop and smell the roses for a while. My feet hurt!
Oh,wait, lets keep going there's a panther here somewhere.

This is so nice. We have a bike trail for 13 miles. I posted about that the other day. But our beauty is in the cornfields and soybeans. No flowers.

You live in such a lovely place..but you seem a little too casual about the alligators. hope he's had his teeth pulled!
