Al is uncharacteristically bashful today...Still, he wants me to convey his wishes for a great week-end!
See you later, alligator ;-)

Hi... and bye!
Nice weekend, hopefully far away from the alligator!
The only time I visited this area was some 40 years ago. Wouldn't mind going back, but not really for the alligators.
I am guessing "Al" is looking for a snack.
I'm hoping there's a fence between you and him...we wouldn't want to lose you.
Have a great weekend yourself.
Angela
Isn't this the alligator mating season? So does Al think you are cute or does he think you are lunch?
Have a great weekend, Isabella!
Is there an Al t-shirt shop in town? He's getting to be famous :)
You have a good, safe weekend away from your buddy there. BTW, I've posted a beach photo for you. Isn't it time for you to visit MI? Must be getting hot down there. It's brilliant here!
He looks like he's enjoying the sunshine, and just waiting for some nice little edible mothful to come along.
Hi Al - we got the message and note you look mighty comfortable in that there creek. Y'all stay there, hear me!
Meanwhile, tell that lady photographing you to have a good weekend too.
I like this alligator.
I can't believe you can get so close to him. I would have run away! It's a lovely shot of Al though.
Nice how the gator sticks out so clearly amongst the jumble of branches and river debris
He looks scary. Where were you standing?? Eek!
I have posted a photo of the missing UK girl Madeleine in the hope that the more people see her, the more chance she may be found. Please take a sec to pop over to Cheltenham, to put her face in your head. Thanks to you and your readers.
How come you take pictures of alligators from such a short distance? That looks so scary, are they all over Naples? I´ve never seen so many gators as I see in your blog!!!
Nice photo, though I have to tell you, I definitely don't come here for the alligator shots.
It's true. :-)
Al is cute but I bet he would eat you if he got a chance-or your dog. Nature can be scary. I lost quite a few cats to coyotes when I lived in AZ and I could hear them at night moving up alleys becoming urbanized.
Give the pet aligator a hug for me.
:-)
