The Letter

Fifth Ave South, downtown Naples

Dear Santa,

This year I wish for World Peace, a Cure for all Disease, the End of Global Hunger, and - since I've been a very good girl - a little red sports car (preferably a hybrid)!

Merry Christmas!
Isabella

That snappy red car reminds me of the old TBird with the round side windows. Sigh! Wonderful memories. I echo your new year wishes! I also want to thank you for your many loyal visits to my blog this past year, and hope that your holidays are joyous. May 2008bring you all good things: health and happiness foremost!

Great letter. World Peace would, by itself, end most hunger and disease since the Peace would leave stability, allowing the cures.

Little red sports cars were created for cute women - you deserve it!

Hi my dear Isabella,

Dear Santa I want for Christmas:
CLEAN drinking WATER for everyone in the 3Th world, because they have nothing of that, they need that, so please give it to them with our help?

( In HOLLAND we do have an 'action' for WATER ,there is a Glass house temporarely standing in The Hague ....some disk-joggies are inthere without food, they are living-working and sleeping in-there for 7 days. All the money they collect is for drinking water projects!!!)

Today I posted a more Christmas-like post with a tree and some alternative Christmas decorations...

Merry Christmas to you and your family,
with love JoAnn from Holland

Of all the things on your list, unfortunately, I think the sports car is closest to being realized. Oh, I wish Santa could have those other things ready for you & us too! Regarding the reindeer on my blog, come back and name them all and I'll ask Mrs Claus what she can do! ;)

Well, I'll use your list as a foundation & add an SLR for me :-)
(If the SLR is delivered by a beautiful, rich, single woman who can quote Hemingway's works verbatim, so much the better!)

Hey, Isabella!
Holiday greetings from a place about 30 miles north of you! ;-) Thanks for such wonderful weather during our stay in SW FL!

On my list would be PEACE first and foremost. . . .I, too, would like cures for diseases and the end of hunger and poverty. And, for myself, I'd like to have my son living closer.

Merry Christmas!

This car reminds me of a Mercedes I lusted after when Minis first came out. It was a Mercedes, with a sort of dip in the roof (to die for) and it cost £3,500 and the Minis were £500 and so I bought a Mini. Never did get the Merc, same as I never got the Cartier watch.

I would like all the good things for the world that other people have listed - but for me I'd like more patience, more tolerance and more time. Where DO the days and months go?

And Happy Christmas, dear Isabella. Thankyou for your wonderful photos and choices of poetry. Always so inspiring. Have a great one! And thanks so much for visiting Menton and Monte Carlo DPs.
