Neapolitan Christmas
I just realized that I have not posted any Christmas themed photos this year. But it is so hard to get into the proper spirit when the beach calls your name...
Lest you call me Scrooge, here are some holiday takes from around town: a rooftop Santa from the Palm Cottage, a disco boat from the Christmas Boat Parade on the Imperial River, a Christmas Tree from the Venetian Village, a couple of lawn decorations from my community and yes, a self-portrait ;-)
Whew! Glad to get it out in one big swoop. Now, back to the beach...

Everyone knows that Santa never comes to Florida because there are no chimneys.
All us northerners are smug with that knowledge.
A very festive collection. Uhm, I missed the self portrait!
Me too, I missed the self-portrait :-)
Very nice melange and a great way to finish with Christmas. There's a lot going on around Menton and Monte Carlo too with Christmas festivities but personally I've had enough of it, so I'm publishing other photos, as you know. Perhaps the whole snowman bit doesn't really go with a sunny climate, as you say. Enough already! Now if we were in Sweden or New York....
I see you in the shiny ball, my friend!
I like your photo collection but for me I got my socks for the year and am forgetting this holiday again. I look forward to the next holiday which is Spring. Everything in between now and then is just a traffic light I got to pass through. Hopefully without getting fined along the way.
Have yourself a nice day on the beach and a happy new year.
At the beach, that's where I should be! As an alternative, I'll try to walk to burn all I've been eating this las week... ;
Have a very happy, healthy and peaceful 2008 Isabella!
