surprenant ! je dirais quatre
surprising ! I would say four
I'd say two: the policeman and the woman on the pedestal holding her knee. Okay, when are you going to reveal the correct response?
All of them.
Oh, Kate, you're so impatient;-)
Just have to wait till tonight...
I also think that those two are alive. The woman holding her knee and the cop.
oh, i would say 3, there is another lady just behind the left figure who is almost naked. and the woman who is holding her knee and that cop.
:))
am i right??
:P

Well I think the answer is 14
First we have the 6 girls in provocative poses and the guy who is presumably Marc. Then there is the lady passer-by on the left. Next is the security guard and from the look in his eye he's seen even more than you are showing us, which is why I'm sure they're all alive. Then there are five more figures in the background although four have their back to us.
So I reckon that adds up to 14 live figures.
Lol ackworth born, that's all I can say right now;-)))
I think only the policeman who is alive.
lol how interesting this is! I think out of the girls in the tableau, i think the woman with hand stretched upwards could be alive. Perhaps she occasionally changes pose. The one with hand on knee i think is a dummy because of her backward tilt, it would be difficult to retain. Alos her left fingers seem unnaturally jointed and the hair looks wig-like.
Security guard is real. lol - can't wait! Tell, tell!
What an inriguing picture Isabella!
My guess is three.
Curly's Photoshop
My guess is one, the woman in black seated. Fun!
I'm going to have a quiz tomorrow too! :)
I am soooo disappointed in all of you;-)))))
Nobody got it right(tanty and ruth came close, but no cigar)!
Actually, I can't blame you; I was just inches away from the sculptures, saw their moles and wrinkles and hairy arms and half expected them to jump up and scream: boo!
Thanks for playing along (and I expect you to do better next Tuesday;-))
Do tell us the actual answer then.
It is a credit to the sculpture that they had us all fooled!
Well, well, well--you are too clever for us, or--the artist is too clever for us! Good shot!
Ackworth - the answer is on the front page - NONE.
All of them are "plastic people".
That's why your guess (and your dry British humour)gave me the giggles!)
Please visit the artist for more details here http://www.tfaoi.com/aa/2aa/2aa510.htm
When I went looking for the answer I just went straight to the comments not realising you'd changed the original text.
I hadn't had my breakfast then [that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it]
Is the security guard real or is he plastic too?
AMAZING ! I arrived too late to have a guess, the answer was already there, but I did take the time to look before reading the bottom page and I would have picked up at least the lady in white and the cop as real.
Well done, a very stimulating post !!!
fascinating. good to get the answer. Even better if i'd got it right!
I was just about to say none but I guess im a tad late - interesting photo - I had to look at it up close.
