We've just been watching (whilst tucking into our Christmas dinner) a lovely film about a puppy called Misty whose dream was to become a champion sheepdog. A very British film with upper-class accents in the mouths of the animals. It had super shots of dogs herding sheep and ends with the rescue of a ram from a clifftop. We were rivited by it. Meanwhile another channel was showing "Babe" [which I've seen several times anyway], about the pig who thought he was a sheepdog.
A Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and yours from Hyde.

Qui réchauffe nos coeurs et apporte la joie,

Plus beau jour de l'année."

This Merry Christmas, gifts full arms,
Who heats our hearts and brings the joy,
Day of the most beautiful memories,
More beautiful day of the year."

MERRY CHRISTMAS OF EVRY
Great photo and sentiment in your quotes for the day. Waiting for arrival of grandkids. They know that we are deliberately downsizing, but that's okay with both: a 12-yr-old and a 5-yr-old. The Children's Pageant last night and family dinner today are our highlites! PS. They're still getting SOME gifts!!
This is a cute photo with the dogs all dressed up.
Merry Christmas
