Theme day - graffiti in your town

5th Avenue South

The Naples (commercial) gangs strike again!

Since the definition of graffiti is lettering scratched, scrawled, painted or marked in any manner on property, I think this fits today's theme, don't you?

Almost 150 City Daily Photo blogs participate in today's theme day. Please pay them a visit below:

Very nice store - clever art work.
In my neighborhood they'd have to chain the frog to a cinder block :-)

nikon made me laugh and also notice the frog. I guess we are supposed to notice the graffiti, murals, stencils. Can't make up my mind--just exactly what genre is it? Yes, it is charming--sweet, too.

Perhaps in the strict sense (description) but this is NOT what most of us think when we hear the word graffiti. This is lovely and artistic.

Just the name would make me make a beeline for this shop. Love it. My Menton choice is perhaps slightly outside the category but no murals, as such, in Menton!

I like your choice v much.

Fits the bill beautifully, and what a rest for the eyes after the horrors we've seen elsewhere!

All is so nice in your choice: style of the painting, characters, colors, name of the shop...everything fits me!

Well it seems that murals around the world were pretty busy yesterday. These tiles (?) look quite interesting, even for someone living in the tile capital of the world... (The guys from Delft learned it from here)! ;))
I've also some pictures on walls at Blogtrotter. Stunning, I think...
Have a great week!

But thayut thar graffiti is CLASSY! That's graffiti for snooty people. I always stop and look at such things. I can barely draw a decent stick person, much less something that intricate.
