Couplehood IV

To celebrate the arrival of Spring (and all that it implies), I am continuing with the series titled "Couplehood".

Glossy Ibis (leaving in a huff): "I can't believe you won't share your catch with me..."

Little Blue Heron (munching on the fish): "If I've told you once, I've told you a thousand times - what's yours is mine, what's mine...don't touch!"

more tomorrow...

I’m barracking for the heron, I’m no fan of the ibis!

I'm loving the series of couples. I have a couple of large birds in my back yard but I have no idea what kind they are. They are very shy and there is no way I could get close enough for a photo.
