Endless summer

Naples beach

Bidding adieu to summer...NOT!

This is Southwest Florida, friends! The reason we wilt in summer and hold our collective breath in autumn (during the hurricane season), is all for this payoff - so we can enjoy beach weather all year round!

So remember: anytime you need some happy rays in your life, visit me here. I'll save you a place in the sun...

Do we have to bring our own beachtowels?

sigh....I'll be stopping back often. I'm just seeing a hint of leaves changing colors, our morning temps should be in the 40's. I'm soon to be losing all of the colorful photos of my photo site....

This beach photo makes me weep, in a manly way of course!

Well the beaches look inviting now and you are about through the wilting season. Gosh it gets hot where my sun lives.

Nice photography.

Our beaches don't look like that--they are much emptier, as the kids are back in school and it's cooling off. I've only been to Florida once in my life. It was pretty and sunny. Cool shot.

OK, I'll leave it here (today's weather: 27º Celsius, sunny, no wind, people on the beach...), provided that you give me advance information on the hurricanes... ;))
Great shot Isabella!

Oh that's wonderful... endless summer.... I'll be visiting you in October, well, not Naples exactly, but Ormond Beach for a month, I'm so looking forward to it! Just as long as the hurricanes don't decide to visit at the same time!! Keeping fingers crossed.

Beautiful shot! I LOVE the Gulf.

We get the Atlantic looking like this sometimes on our side, but it's usually too rough and stirs up the water near the beach.

I just heard a story on the radio (click here for the story) about a D-Day ceremony that took place in Naples this summer and I can now picture the ceremony along this beautiful beach.
