Addiction

I am drawn to this courtyard in downtown Naples. It's not for the over-the-top pool sculptures. Or the larger-than-life wild animals statues. Or even the patina-covered lanterns.

It is just feeding my lifelong fascination with over-the-fence cascading bougainvillea ;-)

The colors are so bright against that background.

Amazing statues! For sale? How much? (I'm not going to buy any, just curious.)

Flowers really seem to be "happy" in Naples!

These colours are amazing, you can practically feel the sun on your back when looking at your daily photo.

Thanks for the splash of colors.

I like your description of why you come back. It is nice to read and the picture is very nice too.

Bougainvillea really does summon up hot climes. I too imagined it before living here. Your photograph shows it beautifully and I love that colour. Not so keen on the rather garish mauve you see sometimes.

Love the fence with flowers!
But I think those animals statues are a little big to that courtyard...
