Forsaken

This pool (one of many in my community) is representative of the summers in Naples - sunny, wet and...deserted ;-)

Wish you were here!

If I were, that pretty pool would not be deserted!

It certainly photographs very well!
Do you actually cool off in the pool, or is the water too warm from the sun?

6h du matin, je regarde dehors et je ne vois que des immeubles et j'ouvre ton blog et que cela fait plaisir. merci pour ce moment de soleil et de bonheur. j'irais bien sauter dans la piscine. Je te souhaite un bon weekend

I'm wondering why that inviting pool is empty? We have a neighborhood pool - and when it's empty - it's closed. When it's open it's full of fun loving splashing young swimmers.

Is the weather too hot even for going to the pool? Better stay inside with the air condition? Your community is just too nice! ... but I must admit that it really looks nice, including the "prisons".
Today, the "Paris Plage" will open and the Seine quays will be transformed to beaches with palm trees... for a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, it is again supposed to be a rainy day!

The pool looks inviting and clean but still empty. Is it too hot now?

Is this because it's too hot? Perhaps people avoid their Florida homes in the height of summer?

Look inviting to me - very hot here and that pool would be just wonderful. Here I come......wheeeeeeeeeee...splash! Ah, that's better.

Are all the snowbirds flown away for the summer months?

I think this pool is all the more inviting without masses of bodies.

Are they all in jail?

That's a beautiful pool. It is good to see so many sunny idyllic places. I like that.

Tis a shame a pool like that deserted. A thing like this doesn't happen in Minnesota. We have only three months of the year to enjoy a swimming pool....we try to get a years worth of pool time crammed into three months. Then the water freezes and we skate on our pools....hahaha!

That pool looks so inviting. Splish Splash.

I think I'd get in if it were hot enough. Doesn't Florida have a big bug problem-mosquitoes especially? Is that why it is empty?

Thanks for the visit, Isabella & the quote!

What a waste! What I would give to be lounging around in that pool right now, pale English thing that I am!

I was premature in announcing my 100th post - today's the day - but thank you for your early congrats!

Since no one in Naples is interested in this pool, let's just move it to my backyard!
