It's that time again - Quiz Tuesday! Did you miss it?
Well, even if you did not, here's today's question: What are you looking at here and what is it used for?
(and no, it is not the "Live long and prosper" Vulcan salute ;-))

Hmmm!this is quite a whimsical picture and I am the first to open the ball (as we say in French!) . My first though was a climbing wall, but they don't have this kind of pyramidal form though! now I am enclined to say an entrance of a park! But it doesn't sound quite right since there are very close... I'm quite puzzled here.
It's a deck?
This looks just like the first house I ever tried to build. As you can imagine, I am not doing that any longer.
Looks like a couple of piers, except for the tree in the way.
des ciseaux en bois ;o)). Je dirais le devant d'un vieux bateau ?
Scissors wooden ;o)). I would say the front of an old boat?
Easy
it is a diving board to swim in the clouds
I think they could the sides of beehives.
Something for capturing alligators?
No, I did NOT miss Quiz Tuesday!
It makes me feel really dumb.
All your other visitors come up with really creative and clever answers.
Oh, I am so right-brained.
This has been driving me crazy for half an hour, lady! First I can't work out if we are looking at sky or water. Something tells me it's water but really I haven't a clue. If you've doctored the photo, I'll shoot you...
I see the wear on the edges which indicates use and so why would it be underneath - it has to be on top, I think? Hence the top of something...
Beautiful old wood. Love the colours. Perhaps containers that hold something: what? sand, aligator food (!) fishing gear?
It's like a deck but if it has a use then it must contain something?
I know I'm going to kick myself when you tell us what this is. Anyway it's a great quiz and I've forgotten all my troubles by trying to solve it.....
This is king Solomon's temple in florida, he had 700 wives, all were democrats.
I think it looks like a couple of boat docks...
A reflection of the dock?
I see the sky and the tree so you're looking upwards. But the wooden planks look like boardwalks on the river.
I give up!! I don't know if you're looking upwards or downwards.
I think it's a boat slip with the reflection on the water of the sky and tree. I never guess anything, she whines as usual.
LOL, I miss the quizzes!
I don't know what this is. I think we're looking at water with two wooden slips forming a 'V' for a boat's bow to fit in?
I can't explain the tree :-)
Ohhh, I have absolutely no idea that's different from any already suggested!
Love this idea!
I would certainly appreciate your posting a condolence message in my blogs today for the wife of a good blogger friend...
