Birds of a feather...

Your mama was right: money does not grow on trees!

But apparently, birds do ;-)

To listen to their cacophony of calls, see my short video.

Wonderful shot Isabella. You get the award! The video remembers me of the Araras in Pantanal. Quite impressive! One day I'll make a post on that at pre-digital Blogtrotter; unfortunately those pictures are from dropaway cameras and the videos aren't that suitable for posting... :(
Enjoy your Sunday!

Amazing collection of my birds. I see they made it.

At first I thought these might be Hitchcock's birds but then I learn that they are Abraham's.

What song!

Oh wow, Isabella. what a fabulous photograph. And what a racket they make! I've heard starlings make this sort of noise - they roost in the trees in Monte Carlo sometimes. Are these starlings? hard to tell?

I left a response for you on Monte Carlo DP.

Annie said it first, but its reminiscent of Hitchcock's birds :) What a great photograph, Isabella. About your comment on Flower Bar-the co-owner is Alex Rodriguez, they're not Russian. They were really creative with the space and they describe it as a "lifestyle store."

Great photo! Are those crows? I live near a canyon with lots of big trees and the crows swoop around and make quite a racket chasing each other from tree to tree.

Reminds me of the Alfred Hitchcock movie, "The Birds!"

The video is impressive! Lots of birds & a lot of noise. Do they do this when they are settling in for the night?

Whoa - that's a LOT of birds and the NOISE!!!
Sounds a lot like our rainbow lorikeets that tend to swarm like that in the evenings.
Although, you ain't heard nuthin, til you hear a "herd" of cockatoos!

Bravo Isabella! How cool to include the video so we could get the full effect! I enjoyed that very much. I must try an accompanying video myself someday! What fun. Neat photo, love to see them all in one tree, enjoying life I hope.
Thanks,
Wayne

It looks like that scene in "The Birds" where the crows are sitting in the playground outside of the school.

Birds crack me up when they do this. They hang out and fly around like gangs up to no good.
