Theme day - what your city is known for

To help you remember what Naples is known for, I came up with this acronym:

B.L.I.S.S.

Beaches

Leisure

Indulgence

Shopping

and Sunsets

Sadly, we are also known for hurricanes :-(

Terrific interpretation, and I love the "twist(er) in the tale"

Yup. This is what Naples means to me. I especially liked the shopping part and the indulgence. There really are some indulgent homes in Naples! :)

I just lost my bet. I bet on a photo of alligators. But you are right, we often hear from Florida in France because of storms.
Good Weekend, Good SuperBowl and obviously no doubt, a great victory for Giants

....and aligators!

Seriously - love the way you've done this - nice choice of what Naples is all about, except perhaps for the hurricanes.

Really nice, the last postcard! ... and like Olivier, I missed the alligators!

I don't miss aligators. Or sharks. But I do like your interpretation.

Your photographs represent your city very well. Nice job.

You are a very creative woman, Isabella! Love your BLISS! Could do without your "You are here" aspect, tho!

what no alligators or golf courses!

For once I'm not running with the theme this month.

Blue skies, smiling at me. . . .Nothing but blue skies. . . and white sand and sunshine. . . .So nice for those of us suffering from grey, rainy Nashville days!!

I'm guessing the "G" for gators is silent? ;)

LOL, tfangel!

To all of you who accused me of neglecting to include a gator - obviously you did not enlarge the Leisure photo!!!

Great photos Isabella! I like that acronym, but unfortunately the hurricane part is true too!

Gerald (SK14) said...

ah yes I should have looked closer and seen the golf and gators - as for the road on my pic you might find a few cyclists on it from time to time.

Very cleverly put together! I think I'd love it in Naples, you have everything that would make my life complete!

I can see you in the last picture - if I enlarge it and use my glasses, I can see you hanging on to a lamp post, hair flying, eyes shut...
