Belle of the ball? Ring around the Rosy?
No, just a gang of youngsters trying to prevent the mature pelican (in the middle, with yellow plumage) from stealing the fish scraps thrown to them by the fishermen. He seemed to outwit them every time!

i did not know that as pelicans grow older, they turn yellow!!! a real cool image!!!!
